Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Seville

Once in Seville you can pick up the rental car that will accompany you on your tour of Andalusia. You can reach the hotel, relax a little and decide what to do: it is always better to enter the streets of the city to enter the right atmosphere and take on the "Andalusian" perspective. While strolling you can stop to taste a fresh and invigorating gazpacho sitting in some place in the city from which to observe the habits of the Spaniards.

Day 2 Seville

All the bright colors of Seville are going to fill your eyes. Seville is a city rich in history and monuments that tell the cultures that have alternated and mixed in this land. The private guide will be able to show you the heart of the city and the soul of the journey in Andalusia in the best perspective starting from the spectacular Plaza de España, set of famous films, to admire the exteriors of the Torre del Oro, along the Guadalquivir, and of the Cathedral della Giralda in the Arenal district. The visit ends at the interior of Spain's oldest royal house, the Reales Alcázares with its splendid gardens.

Day 3 Cadice

To the south of Seville, lying on a peninsula, lies Cadiz, the oldest inhabited city in Europe. The city still retains the remains of some defensive walls such as Puertas de Tierras or the Castillo di San Sebastiàn. You can take a walk on the pedestrian street Calle San Francisco, full of small shops selling sherry, ceramics and Andalusian wines and then take a tan in Playa de la Victoria. If you are passionate about landscapes, on the way back to Seville, you can stop in one of the famous "Pueblos Blancos", the picturesque villages with whitewashed houses: among these Arcos de la Frontera, perched on a rocky ridge.

Day 4 Cordoba

Today is the right day to reach legendary Granada. During the trip you can stop in Italica, the first Roman city founded in Spain and pass through Carmona, where you can visit the Roman necropolis. Then you can spend amazing hours in Córdoba, an ancient city full of ancient monuments including the famous Roman bridge over the Guadalquivir. After walking in the city center, if you need to cool off and don't want to miss the Arabian atmosphere, you can always opt for a refreshing bath in some hammam, to get to Granada in the early hours of the evening and listen to good Spanish music.

Day 5 Granada

Granada is a city that bears more than any other the signs of Arab domination. Your private guide will accompany you to admire the Alhambra, a splendid Andalusian palace, and the nearby Moorish gardens of the Generalife, a striking example of Arab landscape architecture. Walking in a city full of history can tire you, but if you are curious among the "cuevas" of the Arab quarter Albayzin you can sit and enjoy one of the many gypsy flamenco shows.

Day 6 Malagà

There are a few days left until the end of the holiday but the Andalusian land still has a lot to show you. You can stop in Antequera, to admire the Alcazaba and the Torre del Homenaje built by the Arabs, or to visit the Dolmenes of Menga. If you love nature, make a stop at Torcal de Antequera, a large natural park with limestone towers, lush plants and hiking trails. Continue to Malaga, a city full of seaside entertainment and loved by tourists, and visit the Alcazaba, the Roman theater and the sixteenth-century Cathedral. But if you are looking for a place for shopping, you can stroll on Calle Lario

Day 7 Gibas-Seville

Are you in Andalusia and do not want to touch the southern tip of Spain? Gibraltar is your next destination. You can get there by passing through Mijas, another wonderful village of the "Pueblos Blancos", where you can turn on a butter-taxi or stop to eat tapas. Gibraltar is a truly unique city for its links with the Arabs and the British: you can admire the strait where the sea and the ocean meet, visit the botanical garden, photograph the free macaques and eat fried fish in the English way. If you want to see where sherry, the famous fortified wine, is produced, you can stop at Jerez de la Frontera before returning to Seville.

Day 8 Please come back again!

In Seville you have one last chance to visit the historic center again very early morning, depending with your return flight time, and take some more pictures or take the latest postcards to give to friends and taste some tapas again. Then leave for the airport where you can return the rental car
