Day 1 Arrive in Lisbon

Welcome to magical Lisbon, a city poised between past and future, which fascinates with the memories of the empire that was but has been able to meet the challenges of the present. Once in the city, we recommend depending with your arrival time, that you immediately enjoy an overview with a ride on the legendary tram 28 which crosses the oldest and most picturesque streets going up the historic center and offering you incomparable views. For dinner, if you want to taste a delicacy look for the cataplana, the typical fish soup. To end the day, nothing better than a walk in Rua Augusta, the pedestrian street where many shops and shops overlook, populated by street artists.

Day 2 Lisbon

Today we have organized a walk for you in the historic center. Your private guide will accompany you from São Jorge Castle along the streets of Alfama, the oldest neighborhood in Lisbon, and the Baixa, to Praça del Rossio. If you want to taste the atmosphere of a historic place, there is the famous A Brasileira, the favorite of the poet Fernando Pessoa. The guide will also give you valuable tips to better enjoy your days in the city. Don't forget to try ginginha, a typical cherry liqueur and, for a breathtaking view of the city at sunset, we recommend going up to the Mirador Sao Pedro

Day 3 Ericeira - Cascais

Once you visit the capital, it's time to explore the surroundings. After picking up the rental car reserved for you, a possible itinerary is the one that first touches the Carriage Museum and the Belém Tower, and then Ericeira, a typical village perched on a cliff overlooking the ocean, where it is beautiful stroll on the poetic Praia dos Pescadores. We advise you to continue the tour in Mafra, where you can visit the imposing convent-palace, an immense construction of 880 rooms with a basilica, a labyrinthine monastery and a well-stocked library. An idea for dinner? Taste the fish cooked in one of the Cascais restaurants before returning to Lisbon for an overnight stay.

Day 4 Santa Susana - Evora

Your holiday in Portugal can continue in Santa Susana, a picturesque village characterized by low white and blue houses, then continue to Monsaraz, a charming village on the border with Spain. The nearby Evora, surrounded by a wall, is characterized by a maze of narrow alleys with bizarre names: to see, the Igreja de Santo Antão, the Capela dos Ossos and the Roman Temple of Diana. For dinner, why not try one of the many meat specialties?

Day 5 Marvào - Castelo De Vide - Belmonte

Today a good suggestion is to start the day by visiting Marvão, a suggestive village perched on a rocky outcrop, which enchants with its castle, the narrow streets and the breathtaking panorama. Castelo de Vide, characterized by lime-plastered houses, also holds magical places, such as the wonderful castle. The nearby Castelo Branco is a pretty town with a historical center to be discovered, from the Igreja de São Miguel to the Regional Museum, with the splendid handmade and embroidered linen blankets, to the eighteenth-century Jardim do Antigo Paço Episcopal. The final destination of the day is Belmonte.

Day 6 Sortelha - Linhares - Fatima - Lisbon

The goal of your day today is Lisbon. Reach it with your times, but we suggest you stop in Sortelha, a wonderful medieval village surrounded by a wall, and in Linhares, with its imposing castle with crenellated towers and the labyrinth of stone houses. If you wish, you can also stop in Fatima, a place famous for the Sanctuary of the Madonna in neoclassical style and flanked by angelic statues of saints. In the evening, to get a glimpse of the capital, why not take a walk to one of the many miradores, the panoramic points?

Day 7 Departure Lisbon

If you still have a few hours before going to the airport, drop off your car and board your flight, you can treat yourself to one last breakfast in one of the many excellent patisseries and a little shopping.
