The stand-up-paddling will put you in great physical balancing challenge and high concentration demand,it is best for exercising,socializing or a combination with fittness or for those who would like to learn how to balance while surfing;-make sure you wear your water-safety suite before starting to paddle-surf.
We have instructors who can coach you for a half-day period if you feel you are not confident enough on water,coaching can be suitable for young ones’ before they start paddling;- when booking just indicate that you will need a coach on your booking request.
